The kids. I’m not usually a huge fan of kids because they can be annoying at times but it’s great to see how excited kids get when they get Christmas presents. This Christmas was the first ever that I spent with my girl friend and it turned out pretty great.

There’s something about the genuine excitement that takes over a kids mind when Christmas time comes around … This genuine excitement seems to be lost in the adult world. If only we could all retain some form of that childlike excitement I bet the world would be a much more entertaining place.

Anyway my times up on my soap box so on to the other reason for this article. While hanging out in the game room of my uncles new (awesome) house my cousin came in with a new race car called the zero gravity laser. Now I had a race car when I was a kid but it couldn’t do this:

[See post to watch Flash video]

I mean come on. I know it’s the 21st century and everything but a race car that works on walls … how cool is that haha. I guess cool new technology can bring out the kid in all of us (or at least me). Until next time.

Ever had the need to access information on your home (or office) computer but you couldn’t because you were somewhere else? Ever need to help someone trouble shoot a problem but couldn’t see their desktop? I have come across these (and other issues like it) many times throughout my IT career and have finally come across a solution (and it’s free … shhhhh). Log Me In is a remote computer access product that offers many different flavors to fit your needs. There are a few that allow you to help multiple people remotely (these cost money) but they also have a product called Log Me In Free which allows a user to create an account, download software on their computer, then access their computer from anywhere using their account information. It’s as easy as email. All you have to do is remember your log in information and you can access your computer from any computer that has internet access.

You might say “hey I don’t want just anyone having access to my computer”. The good part about Log Me In is that they require you to authenticate (use your password) to your home computer before logging into it. This means that unless you (or a potential intruder) knows the password that is established on your home computer then there is no way for them to access your information. Let me know if you find this information helpful or if you have any other computer issues that need solving.

<a
